These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the km8 website located at km8.org and all associated services, games, features, and content offered by km8 ("the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the km8 Platform, you ("the Player" or "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
km8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Access to and use of the km8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:
km8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.
To access the full features of the km8 Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration process.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active km8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
km8 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) before withdrawal privileges are activated. km8 may request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your km8 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. km8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify km8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
km8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. km8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are credited to your km8 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. km8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. km8 may impose withdrawal limits in accordance with its AML policies and PAGCOR requirements.
All transactions on the km8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). km8 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

All content on the km8 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game content, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of km8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of km8 content is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, km8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. km8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your km8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
km8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
km8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if km8 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your km8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. km8 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
km8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting to the km8 website. Where the amendments are material, km8 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
